The contract

The construction will be carried out under a CCMI (Individual House Construction Contract) with Eden Home. This contract includes all structural works (shell and roofing), secondary works (insulation, partitions, electrical systems, plumbing, sanitary installations, heating, ventilation, doors, stairs, tiling, shutters/blinds), final site cleaning, and insurance coverage.

Land: €760,000 (excluding notary fees)

Construction contract (CCMI): €708,640 incl. VAT

Earthworks, utility connection costs, soil studies, taxes, painting, flooring, architect fees: €180,441 incl. VAT

Additional costs (kitchen, closets, exterior landscaping, swimming pool, etc.) and notary fees: not included
