The Contract

The construction will be carried out under a French Individual House Building Contract (CCMI) with Eden Home, providing a secure and regulated framework throughout the project.

The contract includes all structural and weatherproofing works, as well as the interior finishing trades, including:

Insulation and partition walls
Electrical installations
Plumbing and sanitary fittings
Heating and ventilation systems
Interior doors and staircases
Tiling
Window coverings and shading solutions

The CCMI also covers final site cleaning and all required construction warranties and insurance, ensuring complete peace of mind from the start of the project through to delivery.

Construction Contract (CCMI): €502,000 incl. VAT

Site preparation, utility connection fees, soil studies, development tax, painting, flooring, and architectural fees: €103,748 incl. VAT
