This national distinction highlights far more than a single project, it recognizes our ongoing commitment to contemporary, sustainable architecture that is perfectly integrated into the exceptional landscapes of the Alpine region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">A competition that rewards excellence and innovation<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">The Signatures 2025, formerly known as the Innovative Housing Challenge, is one of the most anticipated events for construction professionals. A true benchmark for architectural and construction trends, it highlights projects that successfully combine innovation, respect for the site, environmental quality, and technical excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Organized by P\u00f4le Habitat FFB, this event brings together each year the most ambitious companies in the sector during the Innovative Housing Days. Being recognized, and even more so winning a gold medal sends a strong message: one of acknowledged expertise and a vision celebrated by the entire profession.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">L\u2019Ancrage : an exceptional project between mountains and lake<\/h2>\n<p>The award-winning project, named L\u2019Ancrage, perfectly reflects Eden Home\u2019s DNA: a pure and contemporary architecture shaped by its surroundings, supported by precise and sustainable engineering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A demanding site, an exceptional opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Located in Cuvat, just 10 minutes from Annecy city center and 30 minutes from Geneva, the villa is set on a steep 25% slope, crossed by networks, subject to strict regulations, and offering a unique panoramic view over Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains.
