A new medal !
Gold Medal - 2023 Innovative Housing Challenge
They say third time's a charm! A saying that the Eden Home teams have certainly proven true. After 2015 and 2017, they recently clinched another gold medal last November at the Innovative Housing Challenge organized by the FFB Housing Pole, held this year in Malta.
This award was bestowed in the "Remarkable Builder Achievements" category for the "Chalet des Aravis" in La Clusaz.

The RE2020 energy regulations
The building industry, a sector highly energy-intensive, is now governed in France by the RE 2020. This new thermal and energy regulation applies to new individual and tertiary constructions and revolves around three axes :
* Environmental footprint, considering the building's emissions over its entire life cycle.
* Energy performance of constructions, through the use of less carbon-intensive and renewable energies.
* Comfort of users or inhabitants, especially during periods of high temperatures.
This regulation echoes the values of Eden Home, for whom environmental impact is a major concern.
